The deposit is applied toward advance reservations for accommodations and various services required for tour arrangements and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price
  • 6–14 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee of the total tour price
  • 5 days before departure or on the day of departure: No refund
