The deposit is applied toward advance reservations for accommodations and various services required for tour arrangements and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price
  • 6–14 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee of the total tour price
  • 5 days before departure or on the day of departure: No refund

The best time to visit Mongolia is from May to September, when the weather is relatively mild and ideal for enjoying nature. In winter, special winter tours are also available, offering unique experiences such as snowy landscapes and frozen lakes.

The official currency of Mongolia is the Mongolian Tugrik (MNT). Credit cards are accepted in major cities, but carrying cash is recommended when traveling to rural areas.

Due to large temperature differences between day and night, layered clothing is recommended. A windbreaker, warm clothing, and comfortable walking shoes are advised. Winter tours require proper cold-weather gear.
